What do we need from you:
One latest colour passport size photograph of all the account holders. Copy of valid passport and Visa of all the account holders.
Proof of communication address of all the account holders (As per the list in the Customer Identification Updation form). Proof of Permanent address of all the account holders (As per the list in the Customer Identification Updation form).
