In Tamilnadu, Land registration, guideline value has been increased about 2-3.5 times of current value.
For example : In Trichy if the current market value for a land per sq.ft is Rs 1000 then government Guide line value is Rs 3000
We need to register @ Rs 3000/= only.
For 2400 Sq.ft Land @ Rs 1000 market value cost will be
Land Actual cost : 2400 X 1000 = Rs 24, 00,000
6% document cost : (2400 X 3000) % 6 = Rs 4 ,32,000
